Hi, I’m Jen.

For over 20 years, my work has centered around the conversations people don’t always want to have — navigating conflict, meeting someone new, managing change, finding the right words when emotions are high, and figuring out how to move forward when a conversation makes you feel anxious or intimidated.

I kept noticing the same thing: most people know what they want to communicate. The difficult piece is making sure it’s heard, understood, and received the way you meant it—that’s the challenge!
